In-home Closet Reset sessions are available within a 50-mile radius of Plymouth, Michigan.

Locations beyond 50 miles may be accommodated on a limited basis and are subject to an additional travel fee. Please inquire prior to booking to confirm availability and travel rates.

Virtual sessions are available nationwide via Zoom.

Booking Details & Service Information 

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a link to schedule your required 15–20 minute alignment call.

This call allows us to review your goals, wardrobe focus, lifestyle needs, and availability before officially scheduling your Closet Reset session.

Following our call, your session date and time will be confirmed and added to both calendars.

A short intake questionnaire will also be provided and should be completed prior to your scheduled session.

Session scope includes one primary wardrobe space unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Do I need to buy new clothes?
No. The Closet Reset is designed to maximize what you already own first. If wardrobe gaps are identified, recommendations will be intentional and minimal.

How long does each session last?
Session length varies by package:

• The Foundational Edit: 3 hours

• The Elevated Edit: 5 hours

• The Signature Edit: 6–7 hours

Additional time beyond your scheduled session will be billed at $150 per hour if requested and approved.

What happens during the session?
We edit, organize, style, and build complete outfit combinations directly from your existing wardrobe. The process is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your current lifestyle.

What if I’m missing key pieces?
If needed, you will receive a personalized recommendation list. Optional private personal shopping services are available post-session for an additional investment.

Policies

Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time, based on availability.

In the event of illness or emergency, sessions may be rescheduled as needed.

Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and time-based nature of this service, all purchases are non-refundable.

Travel Policy
In-home services are provided within a 50-mile radius of Plymouth, Michigan. Travel beyond this radius may require an additional fee and must be approved prior to scheduling confirmation.

Session Scope
The Closet Reset session focuses on one primary wardrobe area unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Additional spaces may require extended time.

Client Participation
