Return & Exchange Policy
At StellaRosely Boutique, we carefully curate our collections and want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy before completing your order.
Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery for online orders or within 7 days of purchase for in-store purchases.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligible Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear
With original tags attached
In original condition, as received
Items that do not meet these requirements will be declined and returned to the customer.
Refunds & Store Credit
Eligible returns requested within the 7-day window may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, at the customer’s choice.
Store credit does not expire and may be used online or in-store.
Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

Year End Sales
Clearance or discounted merchandise
Seasonal or holiday sale items
Accessories, jewelry, intimates, and gift items
Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
StellaRosely Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we may assist you.
In-Store Purchases
In-store returns must be made in person at our Plymouth location with a receipt.
Online purchases may be returned in-store within the 7-day return window
